How do I transfer music to the device? Music is already in my mac and it shows up in the icon folder on my mac but it is not on the device itself.

Dear Danna, Just use the mp3 player as simple as a flash driver. When you plug in mp3 player to your Mac with cable. Select "Play & Transfer". And then a new disk named"X02" will show up. Just drop all you music to the disk, or create a folder to help you sort music. If your computer can't detect mp3 player, try to update USB driver before transfer.

Is there any way to sort songs in numerical/alphabetical order? Files seem to be sorted randomly when I add folders.

DON'T I WISH!! When I read reviews of the RUIZU, that was the main objection. There is NO way to make a playlist! When I add songs from my laptop to the RUIZU, I NEVER know where in the list they will end up. Newly added songs don't even go to the bottom of the list! They pop up anywhere! If I want a Particular song, I have to go to the list of Artists, click on the one I want.

What charging options?

Cell phone charger should charge it.

Can you brake the music down into folders or does it do it randomly on its own?

I import folders of music from from computer to the mp3 Music folder. The mp3 then organizes the songs alphabetically. You may create a playlist if you want to hear songs in a specific order.
