I poured over countless hall trees trying to find something that matched all my requirements and aesthetics. In particular, it needed to have shelving on the right side (thankfully this one is reversible so can be left or right) and within a small length while also having enough clearance for shoes because I have a few tall boots. I checked the dimensions and saw that if I didn't attach the second shoe rack, I could fit my boots on it. Now this is where the missing part came into play: that second rack was missing. But as I wasn't planning to ever use it, funny enough that worked out for me and didn't need to reach out to support about it. The other thing I liked (besides this being reversible) was the small side bench. I originally didn't plan to attach it as it would otherwise push me over the length/not fit where it needed to go, but turns out it actually works well for my situation: as it wasn't tall, I was able to attach it without blocking necessary items on the wall above it. Putting it together, most of it went together easily, but there were a few areas where I had to loosened screws done in the first few steps to push pieces in at later steps, like the bench and top board.

I love this shelf. Easy to put together. I did it by myself in about 30 minutes. Very good value for the money. Sturdy for the most part. I didn't attach it to the wall since I don't have a lot of heavy items on it. Seems to be stable. Very handy drop station.

I ordered this to make my entry way a little less cluttered and to get rid of those cube stands (reminds me of college dorm rooms lol). It was pretty easy to assemble and so far we are loving the look! Makes the space feel much less cluttered and it’s very sturdy as well.

We just moved to a 2b apartment where we need some multi-functional "thing" at the hallway entrance to store most frequent shoes and clothes. It would be better if we can display some of our collections as decorations. After rounds of search on Amazon, this hallway tree arrived at our shopping cart and then our front door. It comes with solid packaging and the materials feels good, especially the wood board. The assembly is easy enough with the clear markups on the parts. The attached picture is the finished product and We could not wait to put it into use. You see, our cat is also enjoying her new nest. We have put some corner covers for the sake of toddler safety. Works really well. Love it!

This article is unusable as presented, because several differences exist between the plan and the parts. Unless you have a forge and a 90% discount, you can buy it. Otherwise it's unusable, mainly because of the drilling in the metal frame, which prevents the fixings.
