Finally got to install door handle on my new house for it to stop functioning in 2 months. Yes it's cheap and pretty but that's it. UPDATE: seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I did not expect that since it has been months since I purchased. What great service!

Broke on less than a year
Beautiful and we loved it until it broke. Luckily we were inside the house when it happened. The door would not open and the opening mechanism wouldn't work. We were lucky.

Love the look and operation
The spousal unit wanted to update our contractor grade front door entry set and chose this model and finish. After six months we can say it still looks and operates great. If you've installed other locksets, this one wasn't any different and went smoothly for us. Would buy again.

Great but install is a bit challenging
A little difficult to secure the screw that is in the keft side because of the handle, but we eventually got it to catch. It looks great, and so far, is working well.
