Ulterior Motive...
I started taking Vitamin D for a very different reason than most people would take it. I have had a series of blood tests that revealed a problem over the course of a year that doctors couldn't seem to figure out how to correct. So I got online and found that high doses (10,000iu) of Vitamin D was the answer. I had really high test results for Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) and it was very concerning because the medical issue was annoying. I had never tried Bronson products before and found them by looking through Amazon for a company that offered 10,000iu bottles of Vit. D. I studied labels and had a good idea what I wanted and the quantity I was hoping to get at a value that wasn't going to break the bank! This bottle was perfect! It was a very high quantity at a great price and it had excellent quality ingredients! After a month of taking it, I had my blood checked again and the ALP had dropped back to normal. This brand is very effective and appears to be a very high quality product! I would highly recommend.

Its good to take Vitamin D during the winter since you'll be inside the most, and the sun shines the least during those months as well. I have no issue consuming these without water.

Well worth the money
I had been using a different brand of vitamin D in a gel type product and they always got stuck in my pill box and I missed the pill. These are round nice size pills and makes it a lot easier to keep up with. These texture is easy to swallow and digest. Well worth the money for how many you get in the bottle.
