My kids and their friends use these products before and after hockey practices and games. They really work and keep them from bonking. Especially right after a game when they are tired, hungry and grumpy. No more attitude on the way home from these teens! One of the boxes came damaged, Amazon has a no return / exchange policy for food which is understandable so I reached out to Honey Stinger Customer service, and asked if there was anything they could do.
