Failed after 15 months of minimal use... pathetic quality - AVOID THIS PRODUCT
Firstly, the item didn't come with a power supply, so I had to wait while one showed up, but no biggie. The real problem is after only 15 months of barely any use (like 1 phone call a week!) this phone just made a horrible screaming noise, then died and won't power back on, so fully dead. THIS PHONE WAS JUNK!

Absolutely love it and gets better as I discover more features
If you didn’t realize it doesn’t come with a plug at this point you’re taking out your not paying attention on this phone. I’ve got it set up with zoom and want to get another for my office.

Bluetooth does not pair with any headsets
Called Poly support who were clueless on how to setup this device. Seems that there is no manual available for this device - even for them. Not a single headset would pair with this phone, not even Voyager Focus 2, which is a Poly headset.

No wifi capability & doesn’t come with power cord
No wifi capability - needs to be connected to Ethernet cord. Also, the phone doesn’t come with a power cord. The power cord needs to be purchased separately and it’s an extra $15.

Good phone, onboarding can be complex
The hardware is as expected from a major manufacturer, and the features are expansive for something at this price point. There can be a catch... at least in regard to using Poly phones with Google Voice for Workspace. Google requires that the firmware is at a certain minimum: 8.1.4.1453. Unfortunately, the two phones we purchased (two different vendors) were shipped with 8.0.0.15602 firmware. When you follow the directions to onboard the phone and the firmware out of date the phone fails to "provision"... but nothing more. It is surprisingly difficult to update the firmware although, once done, it works well. BOL!
