It helped so much untill baby figures out. Easy to put on and easy to work on it but I suggest don’t try to open if your baby is near by or watching. Quality is good.

Initial review of this door knob cover is that this design is better than the common design that has a lever-style handle with rubber tabs that grips the door knob when you squeeze the handle. In the handle design, very little hand force is needed for the lever to grip a larger diameter door knob, and children with nothing to do all day will figure out how to overcome these covers. But the Jool design has two openings that you use to grab the knob with your fingers. Small children don't have the hand strength to grab a door knob by the fingertips- they usually use their entire palm of their hand and their body weight to open doors. Our child, who had figured out how bypass 3 different brands of lever style covers, has been unable to open doors with these new covers. I think this style of cover is also more universal. As long as the cover fits over the knob, the size of the knob should not change how effective this cover is. The only downside is that these knobs can be hard for older kids to open as well- my 6 year old has trouble with them. I would suspect that people with hand strength issues or arthritis might also find them uncomfortable.

These are a must, really for anyone with a toddler, because sooner or later they WILL figure out how to open doors, usually before they know better. We have these for our toddler. They're incredibly simple and they just work. They snap together easily and quickly, and do exactly what they're meant to do. They are a bit hard to get off after you put them on but I guess that's not a bad thing - if they're hard for an adult to get off, a toddler has no chance - which is a good thing! Overall, I definitely recommend these.

The size is good, and they fit on a standard doorknob. They work, but are pretty flimsy. Mostly easy to snap on, but a couple of them in the package wouldn't fully snap together. That said, my 3-1/2 year old grandson couldn't turn the doorknob that was covered with this cover on his first try, but he'll be able to if he tries a few more times.

I purchased these because I watched my two 3 year-old granddaughters often. They are easy to put on and keep the girls safely inside the house. They stand up to the test of a smart three-year-old who could not get them off. They stay connected very well. The only con, if you consider it a con, is that they are a little bit hard to snap into place. But once in place they will stay.
