This is a good alternative to taking a big can of powered bone broth on a trip. It is easy and convenient.

The capsules are good. I didn't get a stomach ache but I didn't feel much of a benefit.

Chiro says I have herniated disks and the only way to improve outside of surgery is jello and bone broth. Real bone broth is the best but I am no fan of the taste. Thats where these caps come in handy though improvement is not particularly noticeable. (probably due to how serious joint injury is) Price is great and there have been no noticeable side effects
