Chatham Hard Anodized Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, 8" Frying Pan Skillet, PFAS-Free, Dishwasher Safe, Oven Safe, Gray

This pan is working well for us. We did read and do follow the instructions, but it is not our first pan by the company. Nonstick pans do not last like stainless steel, but we hope to get a couple of years from this little pan with careful usage, and it is much easier to clean up, washing gently by hand, after cooking eggs and some other foods. You do need to coat with something like olive oil as the directions advise.

Second time purchasing this clean pan. Stays nonstick longer than many other pans, but must hand wash. Last green pan I purchase went through the dishwasher and was never the same. Heats evenly, durable and doesn’t scratch too easily.

I prefer to cook in cast iron or stainless without a nonstick coating, but had basically given up making eggs because they would stick so badly. I chose this pan due to claims of no PFAS, etc. It works great for omelettes - no sticking at all.

Great pan and will last IF: you always cook LOW heat, clean immediately and protect if stacking.

Update: 11/20/24. I purchased one five years ago and still use it. There are a couple of nicks in the ceramic coating. My fault! I bought another almost three years ago so I could take the “old” one to my vacation home. I treat the “new” pan more carefully. It is completely flawless and slippery. Still works as well as it did 3 years ago. 2019 review: This little pan is great. I’ve owned it for a year and a half. I have have NOT cared for it properly. I used cooking spray, washed it with a scrubee and washed it while it was still hot. It still works fairly well! Melted cheese gets stuck sometimes. I just ordered another one, which I will take good care of! Is perfect for flipping eggs with no spatula. I love it!

Best ceramic pan so far. Was like new for 3 years, seriously, no degrading any way, until I forgot it on high heat. Before that even running dry and burning food for half an hour on medium heat -- still like new.

I ordered this Green Pan, based on the fact that it doesn't have or give off any VOC's or other dangerous chemicals. Have had it and used it quite often, almost everyday, over the past month. It works great, and cleans up nicely. I hand wash it as that is what the packaging said to do, instead of putting it in the dish washer. So after more use, I will see how the pan holds up over time.

Chipped after a month of use in three different spots. When I reached out to customer service, I was assured that the chipping was a reflection of the ceramic coating’s hardness and the product was perfectly safe to use. I would love to continue supporting this company due to their use of nontoxic materials but I cannot afford to continuously replace pans.

I have a few of these original Greenpans. They are a bit expensive especially for the small ones.

Used it for 2 years. It’s a neat pan that you can wash and use with a lot of oil. It is not non-stick. We’ve switched to steel which performs much better. I now consider this product a waste of money.
