0 star, Do nit buy at any cost. Product not delivered but track shows it as a delivered. Previous ordered remote was diamaged. Middle button doesnt work in remote. No pointer. Its a fake product.

Arrived today and all we did was turn on the TV et voila! The remote automatically registered itself. Nothing had to be programmed. Excellent for my parents whose remote broke a few days ago. They love the new feature of the wheel (the old remote didn't have this as it was the standard LG remote that came with the TV), so the wheel is an upgrade for them. Compatible with LG 2017 model. We recommend this product. Everything synced automatically (even the Netflix and Amazon buttons). There was no need to program. Very easy to use.
