Great pillows that are comfortable. I have the matching comforter. I recommend the firm, because it gives that nice down pillow feel. Overall it keeps its shape well through the night. Size is standard. I’ve had them a year now and still use them every night. I do have to fluff them before bed, but have always done that with my down pillows.

I ordered the firm Signature down pillow by Lincove, and it arrived very quickly, nicely packaged with a carrying bag for your pillow when you travel. I've never purchased a firm down pillow before, and I must say it was really, really firm.... it actually felt like an unopened bag of flour. I never knew down could feel so firm. After about 30 seconds of trying to lie on it I knew there was no way I'd be able to sleep on it, so I called customer service and spoke with Christine. I wanted to return it and she gave me the option of having a replacement pillow sent instead of doing a return. I first said no thanks, I just want to do the return but then I thought more about it and decided to have a replacement sent. I'm glad I did, the replacement was a medium down fill that feels a lot better to me. Customer service was very good and efficient. I would purchase from this company again.

The only reason I gave this a 4 star was due to the price. It is a great pillow for side sleepers but my head still does sink and it can get hot. It did help with my neck pain though and i am sleeping better. I just wish it was like 1/2 the price I would buy another one.

Excellent comfy Canadian down (humanely harvested) pillows.

The only pillow I will sleep with is goose down. I have neck issues and that leads to migraines with anything else. I have been loyal to east coast bedding until I tried this pillow. I ordered an east coast in firm because my other one flattened out quite a bit over the last 10 years, well it arrived as flat as the one that is 10 years old so I returned it and ordered this one for a little more money. This one is quadruple the fluffiness and yet still like sinking into a perfect cloud. I'll be buying a couple more to be sure.

I originally got a firm pillow because another brand down pillows I had bought went completely flat after about a month even with an inordinate amount of fluffing and I was hoping the firm would last longer. This Lincove pillow didn’t flatten though! With the help of their excellent customer service, I replaced it with a Lincove medium firmness pillow and it’s just right for my side sleeping! It has retained its shape for 7 months now with only light fluffing. Such a fantastic pillow! Highly recommend!

Lincove makes multiple types of pillows with different loft/firmness levels. I've tried them all and not a single one worked for me yet. They all start our as very tall and puffy, but by the morning go completely flat. I'm a side sleeper and was at first very excited that the pillows were so tall. But none kept it's shape. Maybe it's a better fit for a back sleeper. Other than that, the stuffing feels very plush and the cotton cover feels luxurious. I would expect more support for tye money, though. The lincove signature firm pillow was $200 and went flat in two nights. I do fluff my pillows before bedtime. Didn't help.

I ordered this pillow but it was too firm for me. I contacted customer support by email and they responded within hours. They helped me to get swapped to a softer pillow. Sarah Czin on the customer support team was a great help. Will buy from this brand again!
