Apple iPhone 13 Pro, 128GB, Graphite - (Renewed)

Having never bought an iPhone used before and reading some of the negative reviews I was fully expecting to be disappointed, well I'm blown away with just how good this phones condition is. Arrived in cardboard packaging and secure, inside the box, see photos, was a charging cable, not Apple but I wasn't expecting that and to be honest I usually buy after market anyway they are just as good and half the price usually. My photos speak for themselves, everything is pristine, probably what I would have expected from a premium condition phone, I would say as good as if it came brand new, seriously I became quite excited, but also a little apprehensive again given reviews. Not to worry it had 66% battery and immediately started to sync with my iPhone SE, I checked battery condition and it said 88%, I'm happy with that as I'd say its probably the phones original, 88% for the year is amazing and should last ages. FaceTime was easy to set up as was the whole phone inc wallet etc. I charged it and as per photo the percentage showed 100%. I have only just received the phone today so I hope everything continues to be great, if not I will review again, but for now I'm really happy, smug even to have got an iPhone 13 pro 256GB for such a reasonable price in such good condition. I don't usually write reviews but this product for now deserves it, or should I say the seller does. Sorry I couldn't upload photos 🙄

Bought after the wife had an incident with her phone and after having a screen replaced, the phone was ruined. Was worried about buying second hand as so much to worry about. AI suggested Amazon used and glad it did. Battery was above 90% health, screen and battery are original, looked new. Only thing that made me think is was not, came in a generic box, other than that, better than expectations and no more in price than some randomer on FB market place full of scammers. Would defo do this route again if needed.

I purchased an iphone 13, feeling reassured by the year warranty and also having purchased insurance. The phone became defective after a month, screen glitching and phone stopped turning on. I sent it to the seller to try and fix but they admitted that it required a new part and said it would take a week to order the new part and another week before I would get phone back. They also offered a refund which I decided to take as I couldn’t go a further two weeks without a phone. They then said they would be deducting 5% from what I paid as it had been over a month but my understanding was that, as it was within the first year and the defect was not my fault that it should be a refund. In multiple conversations with amazon customer service they said I could receive a full refund and were very helpful but as the seller now had the phone, I couldn’t return it. The sellers stuck by the 5% deduction but said they would return the broken phone to me so I could return via amazon. I asked after a couple of days when they refund it, only for them to say they had started processing the refund with 5% deducted. I hadn’t agreed to that and honestly would have just waited to get the phone fixed if I knew I would be losing out on money as I can’t really afford to pay 5% and not have a phone at the end of it. I spoke once more with Amazon and they kindly agreed to pay the difference that the seller had deducted. Following all of this, I still don’t fully understand why I wasn’t covered by the year warranty and I just would like to make future buyers aware of these stipulations. The phone itself when it first arrived was good quality and I enjoyed using it, it would have been a good purchase if the phone hadn’t been defective. I felt the sellers handled the situation poorly and were rude to communicate with. They have been dishonest with the returns policy. Amazon themselves were extremely helpful, just be wary when ordering from the sellers.

I’ve no complaints about this phone but it is pretty weighty so expect that when ordering. Definitely feel one in your hand before deciding on the 13 or 13 pro. They’re the same size but different weights. Your buying a mini computer with WiFi and a phone really. All-round brilliant phone. Really fast with great scrolling and display. Crazy number of features even at this age. Great value at this price. I chose this version 13 because I wanted a good number of years before apps started refusing to update which was just beginning to happen in my IPhone 7. eBay ceased working for instance. I cloned my IPhone 7 to the 13 Pro and it was super easy over Bluetooth and the old iPhone is now my backup and my verification phone. I didn’t erase the 7. Of course now non updatable apps are updating on the 13. Difference between to 7 and 13 is considerable. If you’re driving and using the IPhone for navigation the Max might suit you better but you’ll need muscles for that one carrying it around in general use. Mapping and navigating on the 13 Pro is brilliantly fast and smooth. When I’m walking and navigating the 13 Pro is amazingly precise to my position in the street. The Pro version has ultra smooth scrolling. My 13 pro is like new with 100% battery. Will give years of service to those who update their phones occasionally and buy older models. In my opinion £328 for 128gig version is a very fair price based on the excellent quality but would recommend £361 for the 256gig version, but I’m on a budget. Hope I won’t regret it. Good luck!!!! The quality of this product is second to none , very impressive and superb condition . Didn't give full 5 stars because was an xmas present and want to see what battery is like but all in all fantastic and would definitely purchase from these again . Lovely touch with a free case also

I am super-delighted with the quality of this renewed item. Not only was shipping fast, the item was well-packaged and despite it being a 4 years old phone, battery state is 95% of original charge which means it should last a good couple of years from now. There's barely a blemish on the entire phone - it looks virtually brand new.
