Rough and takes out dead cells and durt with little effort so yeah go for it. I'm gonna buy a little softer version for my kid but for adults with normal skin can use this

Soft Smooth Skin
Left my skin feeling so soft. I could not believe the amount of dead skin that was removed. This item is now part of my regular shower routine. It’s perfect if you have keratosis pilaris (like me).

Great Loofa
I loved this product so much I recommended this product to friends and family. They all ordered one. If you order be prepared, this is not something that your use to from U.S., at first it feels like sand paper on your skin. But after your so soft and the dead skin is gone! I love love this product will purchase more because mine some how keeps disappearing from my bathroom haha! Product is very accurate to what is advertised.

The quality of the glove is excellent. It works well for getting the dead skin off. Just requires some effort. Skin is soft and clear. Has helped reduce my ingrowns.
