Yes, but some materials might cause the silicone not to cure. I believe some types of clay and 3d printing resin cause cure inhibition

I would think not. Probably have to use sand for that

Yes, but 3d printing resin will need some kind of coating on it or the silicone won't cure. Inhibit X works from smooth-on or you can try other things like paint or other types of sealants. Paint seemed to work fine for me, but your experience may differ.

is this product Ecoflex 00-50 a more firm silicone than the 00-20 or 00-30?

50 is harder. The lower the number the softer. This is true of most hardness scales.
