Tastes good and helps tremendously with my digestion. I can't prove that it's responsible for my weight loss but I certainly believe it has contributed to it. I'm down six pounds since I started taking it daily. I also feel much more alert and energized every morning.

I've used this a number of times. It's been good. I just wish I could somehow give feedback about Amazon's delivery service. I have told them the office is closed on Sunday. They said they would deliver it Monday. Someone tried just after 2/12 noon on Sunday and now it's delayed till Tuesday!? And it says it was USPS!? They don't work on Sunday. And they know the office is closed on Sunday! Amazon has been messing up on a lot of deliveries lately and delaying by days! I had to cancel the last delivery because it's been very hot and I know the oil was in a delivery vehicle all day, then returned to the warehouse for a few days and they were going to try again! My previous delivery turned out to have gone rancid. I ingested some. It bothered my throat and gave me some other problems. This is normally a good product. I've used it a lot. I won't be ordering it again during the heat.

First and foremost I wanna say I am NOT paid or sponsored by anyone to write this, this is my genuine experience. I am a chronic sufferer of Seborrheic Dermatitis (seb derm) and dandruff. I’ve used prescription ketoconazole cream and shampoo which would reduce it but scaly cracked skin would still be there. I’ve tried many other prescription things which were either ineffective or too painful to use daily (high percentage prescription Azelaic acid, worked but painful), natural remedies, etc. 2% coal tar cream (MG217) worked on non-facial areas but not near the nose at all and was pretty slow. I kept reading about MCT oil online including on Reddit and I expected it would do nothing for me, but since there’s nothing to lose so why not try? The first day I saturated my face, hair, behind the ears, neck area, with a lot of the oil. I went all out to test its effectiveness. Went to sleep like a true greaseball and woke up. To my amazement the redness was already greatly reduced but so was the flaking/scaling. EVEN when I stopped using it for a week, it only came back 10% of what it used to be. I am truly amazed but also baffled, I don’t fully understand the working mechanism behind it but I guess it has something to do with the natural skin fungus everyone has feasting on sebum oil, but when the face is saturated in an oil it cannot consume, all of these colonies of fungus die. This is the best my skin has looked in 10 years and I feel much more confident. I only wish I knew this stuff existed 10 years ago and I could have had better experiences when experiencing a bad flare up. The best thing is it’s not even some industrial tar chemical or strong acid, it’s literally just some further processed coconut oil, completely harmless. That makes me feel even better about using it. The ONLY con if I can even think of any is that the bottle gets greasy no matter how much I try to avoid it, and the scent once it’s on your skin for a long time isn’t great but not too unpleasant (the fresh scent is pleasant like coconut should be). SO anyone who has dandruff or seb derm. BUY THIS YESTERDAY! And use it in conjunction with your current treatment which is what I do.

Great quality oil for Carnivore / Keto! A few precautions: - Start slow; too much too soon will cause gastric issues. 1/2tsp for the first few days, then increase to 1tsp for a few days and so on until you work up to a level you can tolerate. Get a shot glass with measurement lines. - Stay hydrated. MCT is a diuretic and may cause headaches if you are not hydrated. Consider taking some electrolytes with it and plenty of water. - If you find it gives you jitters; consider taking it with food. It can cause a little bit of a "high" if your not used to the immediate energy / mental clarity boost; which may freak some people out. Taking it with food will slow down the onset so it's not hitting you like a ton of bricks. - I personally don't mind the texture but it definitely goes down easier if it's cold; ymmv. No taste, but it's going to make your mouth feel oily for a minute.

I use this basically for any dish .. great with salads , fish .. and if the food is a bit salty this neutralises the flavours instantly... Must have !
