Extremely sharp and perfect for cutting vegetables as described.

I love, love, love these knives. They are razor sharp and very comfortable for my small hands -- though a bit too small for hubby's. They let me precision cut all smaller, not super hard, veggies and fruits. I wouldn't try them for large potatoes, winter squash, or, say, a pineapple as the combination of their small size and a harder fruit/veg might be dangerous. Also, they are inexpensive enough that if they ever get dull, I will just buy another set.

Serrated edge VERY sharp (I cut myself getting it out of the package). They work really well for veggies. Slice tomatoes without squishing them and make thin slices. Great for trimming fat off meats. If you're short on steak knives these would work well too (just no pointy tip, but I eat my meat dead, to no need to stab them anyway).

We have purchased knives multiple time ranging from good stores to cheap stores but by far these are the best. Though small in size but very sharp what you look into a good knife while cutting and chopping vegetables.

These were recommended in a cooking magazine so I bought them. Wow, these 3 little knives with serrated edges are super sharp and excel at cutting fruits and vegetables. They are small so they'll need other knives to cut larger items like Melon and Pineapple. Great addition to my knife block.

What great little knives. I eat loads of veggies and fruits. I now have one permanently living on my cutting board, one sitting on a magnet hanging above my sink and one to switch out if one of the others is in use. These are GREAT!
