I purchased these as a follow-up to GN’s 5000mg gummies, I tested these berry-flavoured 3000mg version for a weeks as a maintenance dose (not for loading). 3000mg = 60% of clinically effective dose (5g). I used 2 gummies post-workout with 300ml water. The natural mixed-berry taste (raspberry/blueberry) had no artificial aftertaste. It is gentle on stomach, the low strength dose eliminated cramping/diarrhoea risk even when taking both gummies at once. Perfect for sensitive users. I love the fact it's vegan derived formula (Pectin-based, gluten-free, no dyes) which dissolves cleanly. Good price and convenience, it's small size makes it easy to travel with – no powder spills!

A great alternative to powders. I wanted something that is less bulky so I can take them to work and use them pre gym that way I don’t forget to take them . I have bought a 2nd batch to take on holiday so I can continue my supplements there . They taste nice . And cost effective also . 5 stars from me .

They taste good, they contain a solid amount of creatine, but they are expensive for what you get. I recommend these for someone starting out.

I am furious to find out the gummies I have ordered multiple times have little to no creatine in them. I don't want to be buying overpriced & underflavoured gummy candies. These are bad value for money and I do not beleive in this company anymore. Thankfully someone paid to do an independant test of a lot of gummies on YT, and these ones got flagged as trash. Watch video for yourself. Shame on "Gains Nutrition" which I guess is just a big joke.

Easy and pleasant way to take a supplement. I look forwars to my litte sweet gummy teat each moring and it's especially good when I know it's doing me good too. No side effects to apparent. I can't speak about long term benefits as I haven't been taking them long enough, but I'm sure I'm heading in the right direction.

I bought these gummies to try instead of the usual tablets form, and definitely glad I did, they taste great, good price, arrived quickly, looking forward to seeing the potential gains.
