Nothing about my last orders is normal I ordered a ring light 3 times and returned it because of problems and each time i gave to much for shipment, there is no customer service Huge disappointment!!!

For Procedures: Positioned right above my client chair for shadow-free work. 2. For Photos: To capture true-to-life 'after' shots of my work. 3. For Video: As my primary key light for Reels and YouTube tutorials filmed with my Canon EOS. · Sturdy & Adjustable: The tripod stand is surprisingly stable and extends high enough for standing shots. The ability to adjust both brightness and color temperature (from warm to cool white) is a game-changer for matching the room's ambient light. · Excellent Value: For the price, the quality and features you get are outstanding. It feels durable and well-made. A Small Consideration: The phone holder is fine for quick clips, but for serious content, I mount my Canon directly to the tripod or use a separate mount. This is expected for a light at this price point. Final Verdict: Whether you're a beauty professional, a streamer, or a content creator, this ring light is a professional-grade tool that won't break the bank. This light has been so good for us that I now own five of them, and that alone should say a lot. We had an issue with one of our lights early on, but the company took care of it and sent us a replacement, and that kind of customer service really made me appreciate the brand even more. As for the light itself, it is excellent. It is bright, powerful, and feels much more heavy-duty than a lot of cheaper ring lights out there. Once you turn it on, you can tell right away this is not some weak little light. The controls on the light are great, and I really like the range from cooler whites to warmer yellow tones because it helps a lot when trying to match the mood or look of a scene. If you use a couple of these together, it starts to feel like a movie set. Another thing I really like is how useful it is for content creators. The multiple phone holders are a huge plus. If you are someone who wants to be on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Twitch at the same time, this light makes that a lot easier. I also love that you can keep your phone or devices powered using the USB connections on the back while you are live streaming or recording. That is one of those features that makes a big difference once you actually use it. The only real con for me is the stand. The light itself is fantastic, but I do wish it came with an even heavier-duty stand. That said, stands are easy to replace, and the quality of the light itself is so good that it does not take away from the overall product for me. Overall, this is a 5-star product. The light is powerful, the controls are excellent, the color range is useful, and it gives you a lot of flexibility for filming, streaming, and content creation. I also hope their next version adds USB-C ports in the back for easier C-to-C connections, because that would make it even better. If you are looking for a ring light, this is the one I would recommend. Buying something cheaper might leave you disappointed. This one has proven itself.
