Hard to rate...
It is hard to rate this item, as I do not want to dunk it in water or expose it to fire unnecessarily. I can say however, that I am very pleased at the quality and am confident that it will hold up as advertised. I was looking for something not too large or bulky. This proved to be the perfect buy for our needs. In addition, with the 20% coupon, at $14.54 delivered, you can't go wrong!

Love these bags to use in a safe
I have a few of these bags. I don’t know how they would hold up in a fire or flood. But they seem sturdy and are great for storing papers, etc in or out of a safe.

Not water-proof, not worth it.
Literal scam. Wanted to put documents in it, so I figured I would test it out, I placed it in my bathtub with a random envelope for about 15 minutes, submerged under, completely soaked with water inside and the envelop breaking apart. I have no reason to lie, try it yourself.

no zippered compartments
This product does NOT have zippers as shown in the picture and video. Also, when I asked the question, the answer came back saying it did have zippers. It is only just one big pocket. No other compartments for passport, etc.
