We absolutely love this tap, we bought it because the existing tap on our sink had been dripping and leaking for absolutely ages, and it had finally got enough for us to do something about it, on paper this tap looked ideal for what we wanted, a nice high head and we really liked the look of the detachable head for washing vegetables etc. The reality was better than we imagined, after a bit of pain getting the old tap out this one was really really easy to fit and came with very clear instructions that were easy to follow, the flexible connectors are quite long but we managed to coil them over on themselves in a way that they wouldn't kink, at some point I will move the pipes around to make this better, but thats for another day. Once installed, the tap is really sturdy and the retractable head works really really well, also switching between spray mode and normal mode is doddle using the plastic switch on the head. The main control for the taps is simple to use and feels very sturdy, all said it looks really nice ands works really well, so im very pleased, and the mrs seems to smiling so im guessing thats a win.

I brought this tap in November 24, but didn't get it fitted untill Christmas eve, the Plumber that fitted it, said it was the easiest tap he has ever fitted, he completed it within 25 minutes, it replaced a tap that I could not stop from dripping ( it was around 45 years old) the tap is great, the shower spray option is great, and to be able to pull the tap head down & wash around the sink area is great, I never thought i would say this but washing the pots has never been so enjoyable. Excellent value, very strong & sturdy

It's been two years of use now, for the price it's absolutely fantastic. Sprays well and good water flow, looks amazing. Only now it does have a tiny leak from the sprayer when in use but that doesn't bother me as the tap is on then.

I was quite looking forward to using this tap, having always wnated one like it but, when my kithcne was finally fitted after four long months I was nothing but disapointed. No matter what the plumber has tried with water pressure it just comes through in a rediculous trickle making it a complete waste of time and money. I would have requested a refund but as I ordered it a while before fitting I doubt I would get one. All I can say is do not waste your money on this tap.

So I can home after 5.5 months away and switched on my kitchen taps, as the tap turned on the black seal at the bottom of the tap disintegrated and started leaking every time I switched the hot or cold on. I searched Amazon and read the reviews and this one had plenty of reviews and the recent reviews all seemed positive, so I clicked add to basket and a few days later they arrived in a nicely presented box (the box inside the amazon box). They have a good weight to them, feel strong and long-lasting. It took a little bit extra time to install this because I was missing a tool at home, I'm not a DIY'er by any means, so had to firstly message a friend for advice and then buy the Curved Jaw Locking Pliers (I had the wrench, I also needed some additional Isolating Valves). Once I had all the necessary tools it took me maybe an hour to fit (mostly me stopping to curse the person who put the previous taps in such an awkward place), once fitted and the water switched on they worked wonderfully. It was a little less powerful than the previous taps, but that means I no longer get drenched in scolding hot water. The tap functions well, it has the spray function, the normal tap function, you can pull the end piece and move it around. For the money it's well worth it.

Easy to install, good quality and good price. I got it a day after I order it.
