Great foam roller. I love that I can use it for my back. The size is great for rolling out quads, hamstrings, and the IT band.

The Roll Recovery R4 is a well-designed roller that works great for the back. I especially like the center groove, which lines up with the spine and helps relieve pressure—I even get some satisfying pops when using it. The downside is that the EVA foam isn’t a tight fit against the plastic core. As you roll, you can hear the slight gap, which takes away from the premium feel. At this price point, I expected a more precise fit and finish. Overall, it’s very effective and thoughtfully designed, but the build quality could be refined.

Love this roller! My friend got one a few years ago and I frequently use it when I’m at hers. Finally caved and bought one for myself. Absolutely love it.

at first i was excited to see this unique design roller for my back and hamstrings.it is well made i really like the material and value. But as soon as i try to use it on my back it's not possible to do unless you are really fit. and hamstring roll i have to hold myself up on the side it not comfort. so this product maybe great for those in shape (those who work out and go to the gym) for me i'm overweight and it not for me.

I have several products from this company. Four R8's an r3 and now this when if came out. I have a LOT of foam rollers in my gym area. Lots of people use them, but this is much better than the rest. The ability to target muscles is what I really needed. Much better than the flat or the knobby rollers I have.

The shape and firm surface allowed for superior pressure to access muscle tightness. It worked very well to access the Prirformis muscle and release the tightness.
