Helped with my depression and fatigue
I've tried hundreds of supplements to help with my major depression and fatigue I've struggled with my entire life. Nothing has ever helped, not even remotely. I came across some articles about royal jelly recently and it's pretty amazing what it does for queen bees so I thought it couldn't hurt to try it. After the first dose I immediately noticed that I felt physically "lighter"... is the best word for it. Kind of floaty feeling like the permanent knot in my stomach had been lifted. I was able to sit at my desk for hours and concentrate on my work that I had been putting off for ages. I've been taking 2 capsules every morning for a little over a week now and I definitely feel positive effects. I was also hoping to see benefits from the collagen but it's too early to say right now. I just know I feel better and I'm not dreading going to work anymore, I'm handling stress better, I have more energy and that's AMAZING.

Not bad at all
After taking about 4-6 pills daily for about a month, I can confirm few things about Royal Jelly (at least for me). 1)It gave me a boost of energy. 2)I am sleeping a LOT better. I suffered from insomnia and that is no longer true. 3)My body is getting leaner and stronger. Mind you, I work-out 30 minutes a day but I clearly see the results for my work-out. 4)My friends tell me my complexion is much healthier and whiter. I recommend this product particularly to those who suffer from insomnia. If you are like me, you will no longer wake up in the middle of the night without able to fall asleep again.

Chinese believe that royal jelly is very beneficial to female reproductive system
My best friend who is a Chinese medicine doctor trained in California recommended this Product to me, I trust her so I am certain this is a great product. Chinese cultural traditionally believes that royal jelly is very beneficiary to female reproductive organ, I am in my mid 30s, and I would like to have kids in the future therefore I want to keep my ovaries in good conditions, so I will still have opportunities of having kids, on to of that it comes with a bonus that healthy vibrant ovaries keep you looking young! 1) the pills are medium size therefore they are not hard to swallow, and I am bad at swallowing pills, 2) there are no flavours at all that makes it easier to take the pills
