Weight loss wonder
Lost 20lbs in one week. The contents immediately curbed my sugar craving and I easily quit all dairy, all meat except aged Kobe sirloin all bread and pasta and chocolate !!! I still eat Salomon Cod and sole and shrimp. I feel much better!!

The coffee tastes good. it does curb your appetite but for me I didn't find I lost wieght but if you follow a strict diet it probably will be a big help
