It improved the appearance of the pineapple gateau I was making. I cut it into leaf shapes which made the pineapple slices look like flowers

Gave into cravings
I fancied Angelica, someone got me on to making a truffle, but I could not find Angelica, now I have it, tempting to keep making truffles. Or also Florentine biscuits, as go great on them. In fact, I need to reign it in, as got a craving now for flavour of yesterday Yr using it, good old baked, makes with retro nostalgia vibes, good tastes

Would not allow immediate cancellation of order
Ridiculous amount of packaging. Excessive postal costs. Angelica looks ok but expensive to acquire.

Just the right amount for 2 x Christmas cakes.
This is so perfumed & adds a lovely flavour to fruit cakes. Often I can only find too big an amount but this is just right.
