So was my first time trying and tasting Vintage Blast. I use to work at a supplement and have had my share of pre-workouts. Vintage Balst delivers with good taste that doesn't feel chalky or have a weird lingering after taste. It also delivers with the ENERGY!!! I feel empowered at the gym and I am able to crush my sets, feel good and not crash after. Vintage Blast is something to definitely try and recommend!

I love the flavor of this pre-workout! It has a bit of a pineapple taste 😋. I don't get the tingles from this but I do think it helps my performance during my workout. You do need to drink it about 30 min before your workout!

Flavor: Caribbean Punch tastes like sugar water. You can’t taste any specific fruit or flavor. Ingredients: I saw this has stevia and bought it. I didn’t see it also contains sucrolose (which is made of 3 chlorine atoms…..chlorine and the gut microbiome do not mix well. Also, research insulin resistance and sucrolose. Will not buy again.

A perfect pre workout, good ingredients too, I recommend Blueberry Lemonade if you want the most natural one, since it's the only flavor that has stevia and fruit/vege juice instead of sucralose. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because it's quite expensive (currently $40 for 20 servings). The second dose of caffeine works and is pretty effective for my usual 2 hour workouts. You still might get tired if you are low on electrolytes or carbs though, so make sure to fuel up before a long workout, an electrolyte drink would probably help if you get tired before 2 hours. Oh and the Blueberry Lemonade is extremely sour, the sourest thing I've ever tasted, likely from the lemon juice and citrulline, but I've gotten basically immune to the sourness after around 4-5 servings. The Caribbean Punch flavor is really good too, I'm pretty sure it's the tropical flavor but it's literally just pineapple. Unfortunately it's not the stevia flavor though, I really wish there was more stevia flavors instead of just one, maybe would've given a 5 star. Edit: Nearing the end of the container and it's definitely not as sour anymore, so you will get mostly used to it's sourness.

Mix well, and it is easy to dissolve with water and tastes good. My appetite has been suppressed lately, so if it stays this way, I know I will lose weight. I haven't had any stomach problems while taking these. I'm going to continue using it until I complete the container. The product smells sweet.
