Love this!
This play stand is perfect for my adult male cockatiel! I love that it is made out of natural wood branches because most bird playgrounds are just made with construction wood. My boy is already using his beak to scrape off the bark which comes slightly scraped off. I cannot tell if he is actually ingesting the bark that he scrapes off or not but hopefully, the material is safe in case he does. This play gym is perfect for hanging out with my bird on my bed where he can look out the window. It is also perfect for hand feeding and getting your bird to try new foods. The only negatives about this product were first that the latter with hooks on both sides did not fit correctly all the way across, it is too long and the hooks don't fit properly on both ends (see in the picture). The other negative about this product is that swings are way too small for most birds, my bird doesn't enjoy swings so I wasn't planning on using anyway them but I noticed that even budgies probably wouldn't fit on them comfortably.Another thing I have noticed is that my bird only really uses the top and only climbs up the laters when I place him at the bottom. This obviously isn't the product's fault because birds like to be high up but I thought it was important to mention. My bird has yet to play with any of the toys or swings but he also doesn't usually play with toys very often. All in all a great product and way cheaper than most bird play stands that I've seen sold in bird stores. Super easy to assemble and the glue isn't really needed because of how light my bird is. The poop that he has gotten on it has been super easy to wipe off.

Awesome Budgie Hangout for fraction of the price!
Love this & my babies did too, well one is still getting used to it. ;) But get it, don’t hesitate. I was inspired by the Gram to add dried grass, flowers, seed, etc. for a foraging area and it works beautifully. They hang around the top more and love to bite the wood & I just put a wide piece of paper below to catch the bits & poops. You don’t have to use all the pieces at once, can rotate. I used a ladder I already had to get my skittish boy used to it first. Customer service with Niteangel was amazing, so helpful & quick to respond and replace 1 broken piece. I luv em! It’s a great price but of course don’t expect flawless pieces. It sets up easily and some pieces arrived with exposed glue which I assume is pet safe or else they wouldn’t use it.

Messy construction, but good product
First, the solid truth about this product - it was thrown together without much thought. I mean, there is glue everywhere, it really looks like the manufacturers were in a massive rush to get it finished, and they couldn't care less about the end result. Some bits were broken, but we were able to adapt. So, no getting around this, there was no pride for this product on the manufacturing side. Now for the good - my little parakeet loves his playground. He's been sitting on it while I've been writing this (although now he's on the keyboard waging war on the keys. I'm still not sure what they ever did to offend him). The natural look is a fun one, and he's loved stripping the bark off sections where he can get a good hold. He hasn't done a whole lot with the hanging swings underneath, but undoubtedly he likes it, and appreciates having a dedicated area outside of his cage that's his. We've only had him for a couple months, and this playground has helped him to be with us in the main area of the house, away from his cage, while he gets up the courage to explore further. He even naps on there. So, despite acknowledging that this product is a bit of a mess, I still really like it, and would recommend it to other owners of small birds.

Worth every penny! Cockatiel Approved!
This is perfect for my cockatiels! It came a day earlier than expected delivery date, was very easy to put together. I did not need to use the wood glue that was provided. Everything fit snug enough without it & it is very sturdy. I love the natural look to it & the cockatiels love to chew on it. For the price, you seriously can't beat it. I absolutely love it! I purchased this as a "mutual" play area to introduce my new cockatiel to my existing one. I laid a blanket over my bed, used this play stand in the middle of the bed with lots of treats & toys! It is working out great. The cockatiels love it & it gives them a chance to explore something new together without being territorial. I added a ladder I had previously built & some millet. So far, my two cockatiels have been using this for 20 minute play sessions while they get accustomed to eachother. It helps them get to know eachother in a fun way & it's really helped with introducing them to eachother. I have been doing 20 minute play time in the same room with this stand 2-3 times a day over the past week. Hopefully in the next few weeks following, they will become friends!! Absolutely love this & I would highly recommend! My cockatiels love it!

Nice Idea Poorly Executed
I was attracted by the natural look of this product, and by it's choice of toys and activities. First thing to know is that the pieces were all very dirty with saw dust or whatever, so if you're getting this have a wet cloth handy. The bark on the branches continue to peel. With my set, one of the upright side ladders had the top completely snapped off; but I was able to put it back together well enough for my purposes. The hooks which are screwed in tend to be of center, causing the ladders to be off kilter; some birds may dislike that. My budgies have yet to use it.Having said all this - I think it has the potential to be a fun play gym for my budgies. The haven't used it yet so the jury is still out on that. If they take to it, I will edit and post more pics.

Best on amazon for my cockatiel I'd say
I did a lot of comparing to what amazon offered, knowing that similar models were in stores anyway, and I decided on this one for its perfect structure- it just provides the perfect shape of a playground that my cockatiel can make total use of- no little parts that my cockatiel cant utilize like a lot of other plaustructures offer, for smaller birds.I was worried before ordering that it would be too small and that i should order a larger more expensive one but it is the perfect size for my one cockatiel. He loves it, and requests we bring it to him. The natural branches look gorgeous first of all, but also theyre a great size for my birds feet and he likes to destroy the bark a bit. It was so easy to put together, i didnt even have to use the glue and its sturdy. I am VERY satisfied with this purchase and I thin form my research and satisfaction this is a good choice for a single cockatiel, if thats what you have. More too could fit fine. Smaller birds too, but im just offering my story! Also, its one of the cheaper choices on amazon and is on prime- huge plus factor on top of that it was a perfect product. Im very happy.

Unstable, wobbly and unusable
Concept is great but sloppiest work I’ve ever seen. Side ladders aren’t even on the bottom so when you glue the sides into the base the middle piece is half an inch higher than the base. The other side all three pieces that should sit on the base are different heights. Can’t glue it in at all. Screws with hooks on the little ladders - one is solid but sideways and the other was screwed in nowhere near the center of the stick. So wasn’t even attached when I opened. Someone making these needs glasses and an owner that cares just slightly about quality. Mad that it costs this much and they can’t do the littlest task of making sure the dang thing can be put together. Just get some sticks in your yard, screw hooks, glue and wood dowels. Better than this wobbly thing.

Great value, glue not needed
Pros:- intuitive assembly, easy to modify- glue not needed- natural wood looks great, is easy to grip, and is fun to chew- bird-safe materials- perfect size for small birds like budgies- easy to clean (line the bottom to catch most poops)Cons:- no instructions- some holes were not properly aligned and needed to be widened manually (easy fix)- not for larger birds - parrotlets, lovebirds, and tiels will probably be fine but I wouldn't go larger- poops will drop outside if the birds face inward (easy fix - put newspaper under the stand that sticks out a few inches)For our setup, we removed all the swings because they crowded the area, and our bird was afraid of them anyway. Would advise folks to be careful with the cotton rope perch - loose threads from wear can catch a toe, and ingested fibers can be an impaction risk if your bird is a big chewer. Overall, I'd recommend this set to small bird owners.

Disappointing
Despite all our efforts our budgie shows no real interest. It is too small for even a very small bird to be able to use the rope or the swing or ladder

Don’t waste your money!
It’s poorly put holes and unsteadiness is so bad.. it was difficult to get some of it to fit together because the holes haven’t been measured up properly.. wish I saved my money on something better.

Piece that connects side ladder to base came broken
Came broken, don't waste your money on this. I had to dig out and replace the broken dowel that was cemented inside one of the side ladders. For 60$+ CAD there should be more quality control on this product.
