Effective for my depression but causes bloating and joint pain in excess
There was one empty capsule in my bottle of thirty, so I really only got 29 (I counted them). Anyways, it helps me when I'm having bad depression. But it also causes joint pain and bloating, because I think the dose is way too high. If I take it for more than a couple days in a row, I can hardly kneel over because of the stomach pain. BUT it works. Is it worth it? You be the judge. Because these are capsules, you can twist them open and take some of the powder out for a lower dose. But for the price, I'd recommend just buying a lower dosage. Your experience may vary. I DO NOT HAVE THE MTHFR MUTATION. I assume if you do, there are less side effects?
