I have taken these tablets on and off for years. Whenever, I have sad or stressful times or even sleepless nights, I take these mood lifting tablets. Within a month or so, I usually begin to feel like the heavy and woolly sensation in my head has lifted. Being more relaxed, then promotes better sleep for me and I just generally feel a whole lot brighter. I would definitely recommend giving them a go if you're feeling abit out of sorts, anxious or stressed. They may just help.

I was feeling really anxious for 4 months. I felt really paranoid that people didn't like me. getting upset over the smallest things. working every little thing up in my head into something massive! I was scared to try St John’s Wort, worried that the side effects might be worse than the low mood and anxiety I was experiencing. I have found these worked amazingly well - I have had no side effects at all. They have taken the edge off how I was feeling so I could cope better day to day. I’m having a lot less dark thoughts and experiencing much better sleep. On to my 3rd pack now and feel maybe I have a slight tolerance but still feel they are worth taking.

Gave me severe stomach ache. I gave it a bit of time to see if my gut will adapt to it but it didn’t. So disappointed.

I've been on these a week and not noticed a positive effect on my anxiety or overall mood. In fact, my anxiety has gotten worse and I found I was worrying about small things too. The thing it has helped with is sleep. Deep sleep and vivid dreams. I'm disappointed as this is supposed to be the greatest natural remedy for low mood (not this brand but product in general)
