I take these tablets every day and have done for a long time. I set up a monthly subscription back in October, so a new box arrives automatically. My skin was having lots of breakouts and very rough, it’s healing. I haven’t noticed any improvement to my hair or nail, but it contains a good amount of all your vitamins and minerals so you don’t need to take anything else really.

Sadly can’t comment on the results as I don’t think I can continue taking. These are the worst tasting tablets I’ve taken, they make me gag every time!

It’s all about consistency you can get results from a this quicker but I suggest being on a them for at least 3 months if your nails are terrible.
