This machine is BRILLIANT having bought a cheaper well known brand machine which didn’t live up to expectations leaving a floor so wet I needed to use a mop to dry it off! It was returned I decided to bite the bullet & buy this one. It feels solid from the moment to get it out of the box & it cleans brilliantly. It may be pricey but you get what you pay for a solid well built machine with lots of accessories. Only down side is the need to use distilled water but I’ve since bought a water distiller which will provide that at very little cost.

This cleaner has surprised me to no end, eradicating things I didn't think possible (stain on carpet, bugs etc). Cannot recommend enough.

I use this steam cleaner for my business and it's a beauty! I bought it for the steam pressure and heat level. It's really good. Only down side for me is the weight, because I'm doing a lot of lifting and carrying, the plastic attachments for the precision Steam nozzle aren't great the bristles bent out of shape under pressure. But overall I love this steam cleaner, I haven't had it long so don't know how it will fair over time but it definitely feels like it's built to last if it's looked after properly. I'm glad I made the investment.

I have to say I am pretty unhappy with this. Its not that the machine is faulty, badly designed, or lacking in a large number of interchangeable brushes. Its just that the whole concept of steam cleaning really doesnt work. This model uses nearly as much power as you can get from a 13A socket, but thats just not (nearly) enough to rapidly clean anything. Yes slow and laborous work does remove stains, but its not easy work, or fast. You would need 30Kw fro that and you cannot get that power from a 13A socket. The fact that you are using pure water without detergents also makes the cleaning harder. I brought this to clean a swimming pool that had been empty all winter. It was useless for that. Will I send it back? I am still thinking about that. I kind of feel it will be good for something but still trying to figure out what. And its an expensive device to keep just in case it should be useful.

Hands down the best steam cleaner I have owned (and they have been many)! large tank, very powerful, non stop steam. Worth investing in a water distiller to prolong its life.

I’ve been looking for a steam cleaner for ages that does what it promises, tried several well known brands, great prices, but useless, the Dupray is fantastic, it’s effortless, the house looks greats, it does so much!

Value for money and a sturdy machine

Great little steamer which works wonders. I have bought 2 in last 3 years as first one was taken by my parents. They really loved it so am I. I originally bought to clean my car but works great in kitchen, bathroom or to be honest anywhere. Something you must have in your house.

I have to share how happy I am with the Customer Service and Support at Dupray. I contacted them directly for a defect I had with my machine that was most likely caused from improper shipping from carrier. They were very helpful and kind and replaced the steam cleaner. They even took into consideration my disability and made sure to organise the carrier to pick it up from my apartment as I couldn’t bring it to a shipping facility myself. I must say I have never experienced such good customer service before. This is how it is done well and other brands should take example. In regard to the steam cleaner itself, it works very well and I am really satisfied with it. Very strong steam and easy to use. After cleaning with this machine, it has replaced any other cleaning alternatives for me. It cleans very well and leaves everything nice and sparkly. Thank you Dupray for excellent service and making me feel valued not only as a customer but also as someone with a disability.

I’m using it in my cleaning jobs for work, and it’s fantastic. I’ve now bought a cart for it to sit on, and it works like a dream.

Cet appareil est une merveille, et la marque Dupray est à recommander. C'est solide,facile d'utilisation, les nombreux accessoires sont bien utiles. Tout y passe et avec une efficacité redoutable: tapis, matelas, plinthes, sommiers, carrelage, intérieur de voiture, joints de douche, drains d'eviers...c'est un plaisir de nettoyer avec cet appareil. Indispensable pour la prévention et la lutte contre les punaises de lit. Les vidéos de démonstration sont en grande quantité sur le site internet de la marque, allez voir car c'est très utile. Le plus: on peut recharger en eau pendant l'utilisation, pas besoin d'attendre encore plusieurs minutes que l'eau chauffe Par contre, ils exagerent de ne fournir que si peu de lingettes microfibre, à ce prix-là...ils en vendent séparément , je trouve que ça pousse à toujours acheter plus... Ils vendent un fer à repasser hyper efficace qui produit beaucoup de vapeur, à connecter à cet appareil, j'envisage de l'acheter quand mon fer actuel sera en fin de vie.

Unfortunately the connector is stuck in the floor attachment and cannot get out and triangle piece cannot be used. No spare parts either to use.

Le produit est tombè en panne dans la première semaine après l'achat: La vapeur sortait toute seule, j'ai éteint la machine, après elle ne se mettait plus en marche. Déjà le premier jour, il se formaient des gouttes d'eau dans l'indicateur de pression, le rendant illisible. En total, une performance etxtrèmement décevante, surtout pour une machine d'un tel prix.
