All good. Being using for years. This brand suggests one dose per day, while my last batch was twice a day. So I'm confused on the potency. This batch are larger in size, so I'm ok with one dose

It's good
It's good, spirulina is in fact a very good product. I prefer tablets instead of powder because it doesn't mix well with water, it doesn't taste nice, bit considering the amount and price, I think this is a great option if one can ignore those details.
