Does it check heart rate?

Nope it's just a replacement strap for a Fitbit Charge 2

Does this strap fit a fitbit 1

I’m not sure, mine is a Fitbit 2 and fitted perfectly

How do you select a size for DigiHero 2strap replacement when the drop down bar doesn’t work

I’ve just been on the link and the tab for size select was working. They come in size small or large.

the strap won’t undo for me to be able to change the colours etc, any suggestions?

You have to push down (and away to the right) on the strap's metal clip that attaches to the fitbit clip. It's a snug fit so needs a little force.
