Does the head swirl 360 degrees?

You can set the removeable part/tool into the body at whatever orientation you desire, but it doesn't swivel while you are using the unit. You have to learn to move your head/mouth to present the part of your jaw to the head at the optimum angle or you could make a mess. It takes a little patience and getting used to. This is my first such product but really like it . I bought a second one for hubby to use on the road and he really likes it too.
