I have had chronic sciatica for 10 years due to nerve damage and will have it all my life. I take a lot of pain medication but nothing stops the burning / buzzing pain sensation that attacks my leg bur especially all the nerve endings in my foot - that is until now. I've tried everything to give me some relief but nothing has helped before. I've only been taking this for 3 days and it's making a difference already, so much so I can actually get several hour's sleep before the pain wakes me - which I haven't done for years. It hasn't got rid of the pain but it's turned the volume down from 10 to 5 which is fantastic. I know everyone is different but it's definitely worth a try, even if it doesn't help it can't harm. I bought this initially for my dog (28kg) for aching limbs due to his age - initially 1 twice per day, but now just one per day. My husband started one capsule per day and I occasionally take it - all for age related aches and to be fair, it does seem effective, there seems to be a visible added bonus with our dog who is susceptible to a sensitive stomach as it firms up his stools and seemed to bring back a natural 'rhythm' to his movements . I then bought a bottle for my Mom (age 76) to help with the pain of a broken wrist. I can report that it didn't necessarily help with the wrist, but it has most definitely helped with Raynaud’s disease - the extremities of her hands and feet turn white and sometimes blue due to lack of blood circulation. My Mom has been taking just 1 capsule a day for this positive effect to take place. Please bear in mind though, that Turmeric will thin your blood, so stop taking it before any surgery. Also I think it can cause problems for people susceptible to kidney stones, so please check with your doctor.

These capsules are very good quality, as is the packaging and delivery. Originally advised by a firend to try Turmeric for my back aching back and knees, I have been taking these for around 6-8 months now. Do they work? Well I believe they do make a difference to my aches and stiffness. Over last summer I forgot to take them on holiday and I did notice I felt rather more discomfort around my joints so I've stuck with them. I recently tried a tablet version from my local chemists but they didn't seem to work so well. They didn't have Black Pepper in them which is apparently important. (This product does have the Black Pepper). I say, give them a try over a month or two. A proper try not just a few days. I think the effect is cumulative.

I started using this product due to an article in a national newspaper. The lady in question was probably in her mid to late fifties and was having joint problems. She spoke highly of using Turmeric plus and how it had transformed her day to day living. I had been suffering from a problem in my joints, particularly my left knee. I have been taking the tablets now for many months and my knee joint pain is completely gone. I can climb stairs now without the pain I used to have in my left knee. I take two or three tablets each day. This review was for my previous purchases which began May 2018. I have just purchased another supply of the capsules January 2020 and I continue to have no pain in my knee joints. I do recommend that anyone with the same problem give these capsules a try. I have been using this for 3 weeks now, I have taken Glucosamine for many years as I suffer with back pain and muscle spasms and still take it on a daily basis but after doing some heavy lifting work recently I found my back pain and muscle spasms had increased so thought I would purchase these and give them a try as I am reluctant to keep taking pain relief. I found the results very good and gradually over the last 3 weeks the pain has subsided considerably, this is of course not down to just the use of the Organic Turmeric tablets as I have rested my back but I have no doubt they have assisted in my recovery and will continue using them long term. I bought these for myself 62 years old and my partner 74 years old. We are farmers and both suffer from joint problems. We were taking 1 a day then after 3 weeks increased to 2 a day. I suffer from acid reflux and had to stop taking them as they were making me feel sick but my partner is still taking them and thinks they are doing him some good. So really the rating is 1 star for me and 5 stars for my partner, that is why I have given them a 3 star rating.

I bought these tablets because of the general positive effects of turmeric but mainly to try and help ease pain in my shoulder and elbow areas from training. Not expecting too much I thought I would take them until they ran out and see what happens. Within a couple of weeks I'm training with no pain. Tablets or coincidence? I'm going to continue taking them now!! I take 2 a day at breakfast with food. No ill effects and they don't repeat on me. Says on tub you can take up to 4 a day. Also they contain black pepper which is needed to help body absorb the turmeric- not all tablets that are on sale contain this. Don't usually write reviews but I thoroughly recommend these. I am pushing them to family members now!!!
