Is this ok with Synthetic oil

Yes its fine. Use it in my Jag xf.

Will this stop my tappet noise have put other treatment in and done nothing is it ok to put this in aswell

It quietened mine a touch but it wasnt that noisy to start with

Empty the whole can in to the engine via the oil filler. Switch on. Enjoy.

Is this additive ok to use with fully synthetic oil? Does it make a difference to hydraulic lifter tapping noise?....

I used it with synthetic oil no problems. However it didn’t make a difference to the noise! But I am not sure the light tapping I was getting was lifters. It still does it now several years on so I’d give it a try - might help
