Smells great, tastes great, easy to use, lots of strength so you just need a few drops to get a smokey flavour and that makes it great value for money. Not just for BBQ flavour, either. I like smoked fish chowder, but my favourite canned fish chowder isn't smoked, so a couple of drops and, bingo!, smoked fish chowder!

I love smoking meat however live in a flat so hard to always be able to smoke. This however add some of the smokiness that a smoker would give you with out much work. A little of this stuff goes a long way so the bottle will last a while and is good value for money if you dont have the option for always having a smoker.

This liquid smoke comes in a small bottle, but you only need a few drops to get a strong smoky flavor. The aroma is very intense and lingers well, especially when added to meat or other savory dishes. I'm not completely sure about how healthy the ingredients are, but in terms of taste and effect, it works exactly as expected. A little goes a long way. Overall, a good product and I'm satisfied

I bought it to make oven cooked from scratch tandoori Style chicken have a bit more of a charcoal smokey flavour it does work a bit it doesn't add a lot of flavour or aroma and it's not quite the right flavour or aroma but it's better than nothing. The other thing that you can use without actual smoke is smoked paprika that works quite well probably better. My next experiments going to be with a lump of real charcoal in the little stainless steel bowl with a lid on all of the food to make the smoke stay with the curry or the tandoori Style chicken, that's got to work okay because I will be using real smoke from real burning charcoal with ghee dribbled on it. My Bangladeshi neighbour told me how to do it and also the boss of an Indian restaurant in Old Coventry.

Always come back to this brand and it gives amazing flavour. I marinate my food in this before I barbecue it and it gives the classic American smoked taste. If you haven’t got a wood smoker would highly recommend if you haven’t tried it before.

Tastes nice but small bottle. Wondering if the company makes a thicker version so it adheres to the likes of tempeh, peppers onions etc.

I do not have access to a smoker here, so I ended up making some pulled pork BBQ in my pressure cooker. This hickory smoke flavor was the perfect touch to make it taste like the BBQ back home and gave it that smoky flavor you would get from traditional cooking methods. I would definitely buy this again in the future.

I have to say the flavour is a lot more subtle than I was expecting but the smell is out of this world! And the flavour is definitely there, I just have to use a bit more than expected. Definitely good quality, tasty, and excellent for us non-meat eaters who miss that smokey taste.

Really smoky, great with chicken and red meats

Wow, don't have to use a lot of this to get the smoky flavor, fantastic for bark on slow cooked briskets on a barbie or pressure/slow cooker or anything else you might want that flavor on. Small bottle but it should get a lot of uses out of it.
