Love these!
Perfect for my 5 and 7 year old. They love making up sentences using these. Easy to lose/drop though as they're quite small, I think by the end of the summer most of these will have made their way underneath our fridge! We'll see.

Entertaining
Got these for my grandson. He loves them. He uses them to entertain himself in the kitchen whilst my daughter is cooking. Not only is he learning words, he uses them to create pictures & shapes. Well made.

Great toy but too simple ....
It's a great 'toy' but the words are simply too simple for my Y1 daughter (who is one of the youngest in her class). She read all the words and started making sentences before i even finished putting them on the magnetic board. I have since bought KS2 pack which i found more suitable and allows me to challenge her a little. The 2 packs though compliment each other.

Perfect learning tool
I found these magnetic words really useful. Being able to move the words around allows simple little sentences to be formed, and has helped my child recognise words thus improving their reading.

Poorly thought out word choices
Good magnets but the words you’re given aren’t really useful for making interesting sentences. Also there’s an “if” but not enough modal words to make proper if statements, I’m also looking for more pronouns to actually use as subjects! What’s the point? Not as a vocabulary list but something to MAKE SENTENCES WITH.

Useful
Small but good enough. Easy to put on and take off. Good for 4 year old phonics learning

GReat learning tool
I have to think of new ways to motivate my son to read more. He has ADD so his attentions is not that good compaired to the average child. I got them for my 6 year old and he loved just being able to slit the words from the pack and read them as he puts them on the fridge. He then spent sometime forming sentences with the words then reading them out. I love this as I can think of many games that I can play with him to allow him to basically practise reading the words and have more confidence with them. Games like... choose a word and keep it if you get it right. Sort out 10 words in alphabetical order and get a point. Sort the days of the month in the correct order. (This could be in the other packs as I ordered pack 1,2 & 3) How many words can you read in 1 min. You can buy magnetic paint from a few DIY shops to paint on your wall and these letter stick well to this! You can also get magnetic paint with blackboard to allow you to have the magnetic and black board to write with chalk. Paint one wall in their bedroom and educational fun for writing, reading and art for ever!!! I may consider buying more of these so that he can have them also upstairs in his bedroom for his magnetic blackboard painted bedroom wall.
