Perfect in every way (and some pro tips from a prolific earphone user)
Finally! Comfortable earphone tips that actually REMAIN on the earphones rather than coming off inside my ears! Previously, I bought some Comply T-500 earphone tips to use on my various earphones, only to find that they have a nasty (dangerous) tendency of remaining inside my ears when I remove the earphones (indeed, I had to have one carefully removed from deep inside my left ear). In response, I searched once more for a comfortable earphone tip that would not only eliminate the discomfort I feel when wearing the typical silicone variety, but would actually remain attached to the earphones as I removed them. The reviews here on Amazon, and around the web, for the INAIRS were resoundingly positive, and so I committed and ordered a box of them. Thus far I have been using them for several days, on three different pairs of earphones (I have a wired pair, a wireless pair, and a special "low-profile" wired pair for use while riding a motorcycle. MEASURE THE SHUNT ON YOUR EARPHONES BEFORE ORDERING! Not all earphones have the same diameter "shunt", and INAIRS sells tailored earphone tips for three different sizes. Note that the indicated size (Small, Medium, Large) is NOT related to the size of the shunt... rather to the diameter of the foam tips themselves. Consider BOTH measurements before you commit to ordering. Also keep in mind that your ear canals may be different sizes. One ear might (for example) be a Small, while the other (again, for example) may be a Medium. DON'T BE AFRAID OF USING DIFFERENT SIZED EARPHONE TIPS FOR EACH EAR. It's not about how they look when you aren't using them, it's about how comfortable a fit you get when you are. Comfort: It's entirely likely that, assuming you buy the correct size for your ears (AND REMEMBER THAT YOU MAY NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE FOR EACH EAR), you could end up forgetting that you're wearing your earphones at all. Indeed, I've worn my wireless pair for two full 8.5 hour work days without any issues what-so-ever... no mean feat considering that these wireless earphones are quite weighty compared to the cabled variety, and have - with inferior earphone tips - had a tendency to slip out during the course of a day. Noise Cancelling: I'm estimating here, but I would say they reliably cancel out AT LEAST 90% of all background noise. I've walked through a busy town centre while wearing mine, and what little background sound I could pick up, I couldn't make out a single word of what was being said. I couldn't hear ANY traffic noise what-so-ever on busy roads. Remarkable, it really is! Ease of use: Simply pull the silicone tips off your earphones, and push these wonderful foam ones in instead. You may want to turn the tip slightly as you push it over the shunt on the end of your earphones... just to make it go on easier. But that's it, you're ready to go. I RECOMMEND TESTING HOW MUCH FORCE IS REQUIRED TO REMOVE THE TIPS FROM THE EARPHONES. It goes without saying that not all earphones have the same prominent "lip" for their earphone tips, and I advise you to make sure they are holding firm BEFORE putting them in your ears, just to be safe. PRO TIP - Inserting into the ear: A good tip I can impart is to pinch the ends of your earphone tips before inserting them into your ears. Remember that these are MEMORY FOAM, and will return to their original shape over the course of around 20-30 seconds. If you pinch the ends, they're going to glide more gently into your ears, and sit more comfortable within the ear canal once they return to their original shape (or as close thereto as possible). Gently pull on your ear lobes as you push the earphones in. This opens up the ear canal, reducing friction between earphone tips and your ear canal. It also means the earphones will sit deeper inside your canal, cutting out EVEN MORE background noise, increasing the audio clarity and bass from your earphones. PRO TIP - Removing from your ears: Before trying to remove your earphones, a good idea is to press on the small "lobe" on the face-ward side of your ears to slightly squish the earphone tips. Then pull on the main lobe slightly while pulling the earphone out. Again, this will minimize friction between earphone tips and your ear canal. This also further helps reduce any risk of the earphone tips remaining inside your ear canals when the earphones come out (though that risk is laughably small with this particular set of tips). So, enjoy your INAIRS... I certainly am! The price (aprox £5 for 5 pairs at the time of writing) beats pretty-much all of the competition, and - so far at least - these have proven to be the best for me.

Great sound but memory foam slowly deteriorates
Great product; give a terrific, full sound and sit snugly and very comfortably in the ears. However, they do deteriorate with time - over a period of several months (hence four stars). The foam loses its memory and ability to squash and mould to the inner ear and expand and restore shape and it becomes difficult to insert them and for them to stay as solidly in place in the ear. I've just put a fresh pair on but that's only the third pair I've used in the year since I bought them so a box of five pairs should be good for at least 18 months. My 18 y-o son tried them and said the sound was better than his headphones - though that may be due as much to the earphones I'm using of course (inexpensive £15-20 Sonys). I will buy some more more when I've got through this first box of five pairs bc I think they're still good value at £2-something a pair.

Great foam tips, but might be bigger than you think
I bought these to use with my Anker Soundcore Life P2 wireless earbuds and my Onkyo E300 wired earbuds. They arrived quickly, packaged in a small but sturdy box that holds the 5 pairs. I ordered the medium size, and looking back I think the small size would have been a better option- these foam tips are noticeably larger than the typical silicone tips you get with most heaphones. Installation was easy- take off the old tips, and push the new ones on. It is important to order the right version for your earbuds, as the insert size varies. Mine fitted onto both of my earbuds with no problems. My only issue, as mentioned before, is the tips are larger than you think due to the memory foam material- my Soundcore buds don't fit in their case with these installed, but it's not really something I'm too bothered about. The size list does indicate that some models may not fit properly in their charging cases with these installed, and I knew that beforehand. The tips are really comfortable- just squeeze them into a small tube shape for a few seconds then place in your ear and hold until they expand fully. Noise isolation is great, much better than the previous silicone tips I've had before. Almost too good- I can hardly hear people talking. Because of the improved isolation, in my opinion music now sounds clearer and more detailed, despite my initial concerns that the foam tips might change the sound of my earbuds. Your mileage may vary, but they sound great to me. Time will tell how long they hold up- the memory foam will deteriorate and wear over time. The manufacture claims a few weeks of regular use for a pair, although I think mine will last much longer than that because I don't use my earbuds too often (I own a pair of AKG Y50BT headphones I use regularly). Regardless, when they do eventually wear out, I'll definitely consider getting some more INAIRS tips, and I recommend you take the time to find the right ones for you as it could significantly improve your listening experience. And they're cheaper than Comply tips too!

Used to be good, new issues have made them a terrible buy
Originally I bought the 3 size set (S/M/L) and the pair lasted about six months which felt reasonable. It's worth keeping in mind though that I have 3 sets of earbuds/headphones and these see the least use. I then picked up the set of 5 Medium pairs thinking from my test that these would last a few years at roughly six months usage each. As it turns out, I'm very lucky if I get a month out of a single set, even with my pretty light usage. There are two key issues which I can only assume are new manufacturing issues as they weren't present in the first set I tried. 1. The biggest issue is that the foam now very easily delaminates from the silicone inner section (pictured). This wasn't the case with my first set. 2. The second issue is the durability of the foam itself. When previously it started to fall apart closer to the 6 month mark - the foam is now disintegrating in weeks. (pictured) I do hope they fix the manufacturing issues as the initial earbuds I tried were great but I personally wouldn't want to waste money to find out if they've improved things.

Great fit but detach from headphones too easily
I bought these for my Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless earbuds, they work great at improving sound isolation and comfort, much better than silicone tips. My ear canals are quite large so I went for the large size, but this means that often the tips get stuck in the earbud case or often in my ear canals. I wish the tips gripped onto the buds better so this wouldn't happen

Did not quite live up to the hype for me but top class customer service!
EDIT: Was very pleasantly surprised to find the seller had read my review and given me a refund. You cannot beat that for customer service! You can order in confidence from these guys! Amended from 3 to 5 stars. Really wish the tips had worked out for me. After reading the sellers description and customer reviews I was really excited about receiving these as a replacement for my silicon buds. I don't mind the silicon but heard these are more comfortable and improve low frequency sound and your listening experience in general. I ordered the sample pack so I could work out my size. The tips came in good time in a tidy little box. 3 pairs S/M/L to try out. I'd had to measure my Sony IER-NW500-NE headphones as they are non specified. Ordered INAir1's to cover an approx 4.5mm nozzle. The tips went on to the headphones without a struggle and the inner tube hugged the nozzle securely. Seemed to be an excellent fit. The tips are a soft leathery material that feels a bit sticky. First impressions were quite good. I liked the look and feel of them. I tried the small first and discarded them as they immediately fell out. I then tried the large but could not get them into my ear canal properly. They would sit in the ear ok but I could not achieve a decent deal. Finally I got to the mediums and these do seem to be my size. I managed to get them in and I did find them comfortable although I cannot say I found they improved sound performance much or at all compared to my silicon tips. I was expecting much more isolation and bass improvement. I think the issue is that I am unable to get a full solid seal in the ear canal and the reason for this is the speed the foam expands. It retains its shape far too quickly for me to get it in my ear in time. It literally fluffs back into shape in less than a second. My friend has some comply tips and they take at least 3 or 4 seconds to expand. I might have to bite the expense bullet and give comply a try. Bit disappointed after reading so many positive reviews but I guess these tips aren't for everyone.

Fragile, troublesome, disappointing
+ they fit many buds with +/-5mm size (wide compatibility) + good seal from outside noise + secure packaging - poor durablity (1 month max) - confusing sizing - troublesome putting on - expensive for something disposable These eartips "cured" me from the whole idea of memory foam eartips. Sure, they come well packaged (thick cardboard box), offer 3 sizes to choose from (although I see no difference between M and L), fit many buds on the market (tested on off-brand 5mm ones) and provide great seal from any noise around you but... Right after unboxing you're informed by the leaflet attached that the tips' expected lifespan is... 1 month. Does 9 quid a month for this make sense? Certainly not for me. The reason for such poor durablity lies in materials used: memory foam is fragile on it's own so it needs a decent material wrapping it around and keeping it in one piece. The one used here is ultra thin and fragile on its own. Another problem is putting them on. While putting regular tips takes seconds, with these you have to grab one, compress, put in your ear, hold in your ear while it decompresses, repeat with the other. And yes, it's as time-consuming & annoying as it sounds. To summarize, it's just too much hassle for marginal or nonexisting gains. Expensive (for what it is) solution which solves one problem just to create another. You're most likely better off with premium, conventional eartips or wing hooks. Memory foam as an eartips material is just a concept too difficult for manufacturers to implement it properly.

Recommended Not just for quality and performance but for great value too..!
I have tried so many ear tips and all the size ranges over many years... Originally I had no appreciation of how important your ear tips choice can be regardless of the make, the model and importantly the price of your IEMs or earphones, no matter the driver or if planar closed or open backed... Comfort wise these are easily as good if not better than the more expensive Comply foam tips or the OEM tips from Shure, Sennheiser etc. Sound Isolation is very good and can really improve the sound of your IEMs by blocking out background or environment noise and allowing the sound to be at its most effective level. Quality is very good and the value is the best I’ve had... just think what Comply charge for 5 pairs of their own foam tips. No matter how expensive or inexpensive your IEMs or earphones are you can not go wrong with purchasing these InAirs... you will improve the comfort and performance of your IEMs or earphones.... I won’t bore, anyone reading this, with the way the sound performs or try to describe that sound difference... because everyone hears what they hear differently to either smaller or larger degrees.. The only thing I would suggest if your considering a purchase is to consider going a size down... I am usually a medium size but found these compressible ear tips to be more comfortable in small size. I would highly recommend these ear tips for anyone looking to get foam ear tips that are comfortable, an improvement on sound and good value..

Too long and cheap
They are too long to fit in galaxy bud 2 pro case and in my ear, even the smallest tip are too long to fit. The buds are almost 1cm from where it should be in the ear

Unfortunately broke down in my ear. Worked well for a month.
Unfortunately broke after a month of ultra light use. They do work very well, fit your ear canal very well and do make the audio experience much better then the original. But they do brake apart quite fast and you might need help removing parts stuck in your ear. Contacted the supplier and the customer service is very good, thank you supplier.

Definitely an upgrade from silicone tips
I bought them to use while biking. the wind is still hard to block out, but my earbuds (classic AKG) have become much more comfortable. I can now easily wear them for 5 to 6 hours without discomfort, which I definitely encountered with the normal silicone tips. One of the foam tips broke already (teared from the top), so I guess it is more fragile, but with the box, it didn't seem that much of a drama. For enhancing my listening experience, I felt that buying a DAC chip adapter for my wired earbuds was much more important!
