Would this be used as a conditioner

yes its a deep conditioning mask, the instructions on the tub say to apply after shampooing and leave in for 3 minutes then rinse. me personally i leave it in at least 10 minutes before i rinse. i have bought this product multiple times

is it good for fine hair that gets fast greasy?

Yes it gives great volume and it’s lightweight, but I’d just spray 3 pumps into your hands rub then apply most of the product to mid lengths and ends then what’s left rub through to roots.
