It does what it's suppose to do, easy to instal.

The pedals are way too stiff to use, but the wheel itself is amazing, with the downloadable drivers providing great customisation for steering range and force feedback. The force feedback is way cooler than I imagined, vibrating to simulate the feeling of driving over whatever terrain the car in game is on, pulling itself to the center when you accelerate, and being tugged to either side from bumps. Really awesome experience, I'd recommend trying it out if you're a fan of racing games. In particular, I found this to be great on F1. I also tried it on Forza 5 and trackmania, both feeling less controllable with the wheel, but really cool to try out.

🔎 The Thrustmaster T128, Force Feedback Racing Wheel with Magnetic Pedals comes in a branded box, and all parts are well protected inside. I bought this set to use with my PC, mainly for racing simulation games for my boys, and me. It can be also used with the Playstation, hence the branded markings on the box and on the steering wheel itself. Bear in mind - not all racing games support the use of a steering wheel and pedals, so better check online first. From my experience: it works well with Need For Speed Heat, Asseto Corsa Competizione, and Cart Rider Drift. Unfortunately, I am unable to use it with Hot Wheels Unleashed, as it does not support the use of a steering wheel. There is a way around it using an emulator program, but it does not work out of the box. 🧡 This is my first steering wheel, and after doing some research, I decided to spend some extra money to get one with force feedback. It was a very good decision, as it adds to realism, and make the driving experience more enjoyable. The pedals are responsive and work great. The mounting system is very good and provides a strong bond with the desk( at some point I will probably buy a racing seat with the wheel and pedals mount, but for now, the desk mount works well for my needs ). The steering wheel has LED lights to indicate the engine revs, but it works only with Asseto Corsa Competizione, during other games I played, the LED lights remain black( no indication during the acceleration ). I like the big amount of buttons on the wheel, you can use the menu entirely using the wheel, without the keyboard or mouse. The gear-changing paddles work great but produce a "clicking" sound noted by some other reviewers. There is a hack to get around it, as the sound comes from the paddle returning to its natural position( and hitting a plastic part of the wheel). A piece of electrical tape in there solves the problem. 👎 Noisy, "clicking" paddles. I found the cable for the pedals too short for use with the desk. It's just enough, and there is no room for moving the pedals freely(which can potentially cause damage to the cable after some time ). Also, I would like to have these pedals a little bit wider apart, as they are very close to each other. I'm not the biggest fan of the plastic used for the wheel( for the price, it should have some cover or at least better quality material ). I'm considering using a tennis racket grip wrap unless I find a designated cover that fits this wheel. 💲 I would definitely recommend it for beginners(like myself ) and young players. Lots of fun and good-force feedback. There are some minor drawbacks but in general, I am very happy with the purchase.

Arrived so quick and my son loved it, perfect driving sim for my 13year old - easy to set up

So I bought this as the entry level into force feedback wheels and I love it. It knocked a few seconds per lap off my gran turismo times but it felt real which was the most important thing. I can feel my car start to lift or drift and can react better because of it. I have the psvr2 and with gran turismo 7 I feel like I am actually driving, so much so that if someone hits me and I feel it, I am hurling abuse at them. So real. If the more expensive ones are even better then they are worth every penny but for now, this feels like I'm driving a real car and I love it, except when I have to drive a rubbish car or a porsche, the steering is so light in light cars and porsches that it feels lifeless but that is probably a true to life resistance. Absolutely love this wheel.

Got this setup as it was reasonably priced and looks better than the cheap alternatives. Tests on You tube show it to be a good buy. My reactions after 6 months. The steering wheel is good and responds well in the game, The paddles repond well but are fairly noisy compared with others I have used. The buttons are responsive enough for what I use. It sets up on my PC with no probems. Overall I am happy with the steering wheel part. Now the foot peddles I don't like, They work but they slide too easy on the floor, so I have a block behind them to keep them still. They also have a problem at times where the vehicle stops suddenly with the peddle pressed halfway but pressing it all the way gets it going again. I would not recomend the for car racing games, as the T248 set are a much better option. Overall for the the system is ok for easy games like Farming simulator but invest in a better set of peddles. I am looking around for some at the moment. You need to download the software from Thrustmaster to set up the steering wheel to your liking. I always turn the deadzone to zero and and the steering setting down to 120 rather than the max it is set to. The buttons are programable. Now saving up for the T248 set. Thrustmaster if you are reading this you could send me a T248 set for testing.
