How many filters should I use at a time.

Hi, You use two at a time as per the spaces in your Marina 360 tank.

How do you open the filter to put the new one's in

You are swinging the top from the pump/ light and the filter will be revealed

How often should you replace these filters

They need ghanging at least after 3 months because the carbon in them stops working

Can I use this in my 10ltr tank

I use these filters in a Marina 360 10 litre aquarium (which has slots for these filters). Hope this answers your question
