When plain water just won't cut it, Science in Sport has got you covered! The pill dissolves beautifully. Leaving a delicious source of nutrients and electrolytes in its wake. It really doesn't affect my sleep quality. No stomach issues either. Its cheap enough to subscribe to a bottle monthly. The high quality is that good that I have multiple bottles! In terms of pain relief, (I'm not a doctor. So always consult a healthcare professional), but i don't think this is actually supposed to be a pain antagonist? The texture is just water. Picture tasty water, like diluting juice, but really good for you. The size of each tablet is relatively medium. Kind of the size of the dip in the palm of your hand. No pain relief.

I originally bought these to take on a stag do, hoping they'd help with hydration after a few drinks. While I can't say they're a miracle cure, I definitely felt better the following morning, so I'd call that a success. The berry flavour isn't my favourite and could definitely be improved, but it's easy enough to drink when you know you're getting the benefits. They dissolve quickly, are convenient to carry around, and are a handy way to top up your electrolytes. Whether you're using them after exercise, travelling, or recovering from a heavy night out, they do exactly what they're supposed to. For me, the benefits easily outweigh the average taste. Overall, a useful product to keep on hand. I wouldn't buy them for the flavour, but I'd happily buy them again for the hydration and how much better I felt afterwards.

These have been a lifesaver the past couple of weekends in 28+ heat. The days are really long, but having a couple of these throughout the day have stopped me getting cramps when I get home at night and I find I don’t need to drink nearly as much water as I usually do during the days work. A couple of crew I work with were struggling with the heat so I got them to try them too and they both said what a difference they made so they deserve 5 stars for having a 100% effectiveness. They taste okay, not amazing, so try and use them in chilled water if you can.

A very pleasant flavour, dissolves fast too

I'm using it during the heatwave to bust my body: 1 tablet - 500ml of ice cold water. Taste really good, and dissolve well. It helps me to get rid of headaches too
