Good quality replacement clips for some types of Weck jars and bottles.
If like me you lose these little clips just when you need them, then these are excellent replacements. I have been doing quite a bit of preserving in the last few Summer months since purchasing them, and although they are now in the general clip population that lives in and around my kitchen, I have no issues with any clips. No rusting, no tarnishing, no sudden drop in springy-ness. In fact like all Weck clips they will, with a moments inattention, try to escape and launch themselves at you in an attempt at taking out an eyeball; this may explain why I periodically need to by more clips.

Weck clips
Essential for bottling (US = canning) with the Weck jars. The system works well. Use two clips per jar, and remove once the jar has cooled. The lid then stays on because of the reduced air pressure in the jar, and the clips can be used for the next bottling session.
