So the only difference between the logitech c922 pro webcam and the old logitech c920 hd webcam is the 3-months premium xsplit trial code?

Also the frame rate at 720p. This is 60 fps the c920 is 30 fps.

Is this camera able to be pointed down? I only want to record my hands for opening Pokemom packs with my friends

Yes it tilts down and you can zoom right in with it if need be for pack openings etc. It's also got auto focus

On the C922 model, can you choose the 30fps directly on the camera?

You can via the Logitech camera software or via obs or Streamlabs
