Bought this for my very elderly mother who still lives independently but with some help. Absolutely fantastic bit of kit. She was struggling with a traditional kettle and one of her carers suggested one of these - I wasn’t even aware they were available for a domestic setting. It has made things much safer and easier for her. It gets the water really hot very quickly. She only needs to fill it once a day so glad we got the larger capacity one. Easy to set up and very easy to adjust the amount of water delivered each time.

Very happy with my new purchase, coupled with my Breville water filter jug, I now have lovely clear tasty water. Having had Breville one cups in the past, I chose to stay with the brand having always been happy with them. This one is fabulous, pours the perfect amount when required, no drips and quickly dispenses. I have no complaints with it whatsoever and can highly recommend it. Little noise, size is perfect for family use, looks great on my unit, and I am sure that along with my filter jug, I have the perfect long lasting makings of some very lovely cuppas. Can definitely recommend.

This is the best kitchen appliance I’ve purchased. Looks good, easy to work & move around, although re filling can be slightly tricky if you don’t get the angle of the appliance right. Size is good, boiling speed fairly quick . Few water splatters when cup is filling, easy to wipe away. Not too noisy, previous kettle was horrendous. Just got to remember to put cup under before pressing the button. Can’t comment on cleaning inside of the item yet. But have got citric acid in for the job. Love it because no more lifting a kettle with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Ideal for joint problems & the elderly. Must have appliance definitely.

This water dispenser has been a game changer, super quick to heat up only the water you use, It does take a bit of guess work to learn which setting you need for different cups but the stop button helps....my wife has MS and cannot lift a kettle due to lack of strength and shakiness, this dispenser gives her a bit of freedom to make a hot drink safely without fear of scalding herself. Very happy with purchase.

Much better than a kettle. Fast boil. Compact. Easy to use. Easy instructions. From a cup size to mug. Auto fills cup or mug and hot water stop if you wish. Highly recommend and worth the money. Ideal for those who are unable to safely fill a lift a hot kettle.

Loved this from the moment I powered up for the first time. Quick to boil the amount of water you select easily via a small knob. Trial and error needed here! Easy to fill the water reservoir, quiet and quite stylish. My only grumble is that the mug/cup stand is not height adjustable, so unless you raise your cup you will get water spitting onto the shiney, chrome effect back panel. There are only two of us in our home but we really wouldn't be happy with a smaller reservoir as we'd be forever refilling it during the day and evening. Well worth £55 at time of purchase.

Absolutely brilliant hot water dispenser. We’ve had a few over the years and this is by far the best. It dispenses a few different cup sizes, which is great as I drink far bigger cups than hubby! It’s fast to dispense and it’s less noisy than our previous, smaller Breville. It’s even smaller than our previous one even though it has a larger capacity. It’s doesn’t do continuous flow but that isn’t a problem for our needs. Excellent value for money. It looks really stylish too

Great item, have had a couple of a slightly different option but find this model so much better as it is less frequently filled due to the larger size. So quick and efficient would never go back to using a kettle.

Very good so far. It heats well and doesn't drip when it stops. It remains to be seeing if it will last well.

Bought this at the beginning of November 2025. While it was great and I loved the fact that it made just one cup at a time it didn’t last long. it has now broken after just two months. The switch isn’t working. Trying to find my way around Amazon’s site to complain. Not easy !

The best way to explain how good this device is would be to tell you that it replaced the identical unit (different colour though) that we bought about 12 years ago. The OLD one was white and wore the Kambrook brand. It was still working, but definitely showing it's age with the occasional hiccup. Decided to replace it BEFORE it died and still have it as a back-up if needed. I had bought a similar device, but not the same, about a year ago but kept it in the cupboard for when the old one died... it never did!

Disappointing. Doesn't boil water hot enough for tea. I'm sure it's fine for coffee. Sadly I'm not a coffee drinker
