If you are thinking about it, buy it
I once read that if you're considering a mobility aid, then you probably already need it. If you think you might need a stool for the bathroom, buy it. Don't hesitate, I did and I really regret it. I don't regret buying this. It's solid, steady, but also lightweight (I believe about 6 kilos). It has simple directions and no tools are needed to assemble. It took me about five to ten minutes to put it together and like my other mobility aids, has given me my life back. In the shower it doesn't budge unless you want it to. It rotates smoothly and slowly (you won't spin like a carousel unless you really want to). I have a small shower cubicle and can sit under the shower head, and have only to lean all the way back to rinse my legs and it doesn't wobble at all. On high pain days when I want a hot shower I just turn the heat on and sit, relaxing while the water pours over me, as though I were in a spa. I can place it nearer the door and face the shower spray and shave my legs. While I used to shower in shifts and had to ration my cleaning tasks, now I can do them in one go. Like I used to. If showering is difficult or different for you, please buy yourself a stool. This one suited my needs: good price, easily assembled with the rotating top, adjustable height and the brand is one I like and know to be high quality (they made my rollator, which is also something I adore). My only regret with this is that I hmmed and haahed over it for a few months. Side note, if showering is not a problem for you, buy yourself a stool anyway. It's very relaxing and it vastly improves your "I've had a rough day and need a shower to clear my head".

Great product
Super easy to assemble, I could have done it myself in less than 10 mins even without help. Very sturdy yet lightweight, lifted safely despite spinal injury. It's not going to be comfy but it'll get the job done. I feel stable using it.

Fits my bath perfectly
This is perfect for my needs. I have a shower in the bath and trying to find a stool that will fit in a bath and not just in a shower cubicle was very hard but this fits perfectly. I don’t know much about bath sizes but I would say mine is standard, width ways anyway, it’s definitely not a big bath. The 4 feet all sit on the bottom of the bath without touching the sides so it is very safe and secure. The swivel seat would be useful if using it in a shower cubicle but in a bath it’s not much use as there’s no room to turn! But it doesn’t cause any problems for me and that’s not why I bought it. The ability to change the height is useful and I have it quite low so my feet are firmly on the bath floor so it’s very comfortable. (I’m 5ft 4”) It’s surprisingly very lightweight so very easy to move in and out or up and down the bath. It was simple to put together, there’s only 1 thing that can go wrong, which obviously I did, you have to put the bars on one on top of the other to secure them with the bolt and you can’t see from the photo which one is which! So I just undone it and swapped them over so it wasn’t a big deal but a clear picture of which one is which would be useful. I feel perfectly safe sitting on this in my bath and having a shower, it doesn’t wobble, it fits perfectly and is very firm. I imagine it will last a long time as there’s not much that can go wrong with it. Excellent value for money too as I have seen so many that are much more expensive but this one ticks every box for me and I would highly recommend it.

Really helpful bath/shower aid
First one arrived damaged and I desperately needed it so I could get in and out of the bath for a hand shower after a broken ankle. Amazon were brilliant and sent a replacement out next day. The stool is great, I can sit on the stool, lift my leg over and turn around. It’s height adjustable too, so it can be set to where you feel most comfortable getting in and out, or whizzying around if you’re in a walk in shower.

Great chair
I recently broke my leg and needed a seat for the shower and this has done the job nicely. Very sturdy and the spinning chair is extremely helpful for getting in and out of the shower. I’d recommend.

Great value and ideal for the job
Since falling and breaking my ankle in January this stool has been invaluable. I ordered it whilst in hospital and it arrived quickly. It was very easy to assemble and is very light in weight, so is easy to move around. In spite of being so light it is remarkably sturdy and stable in its use in either a bath or shower (it’s been used in both). The height adjustment is great, allowing me to use this not just as a shower/bathing aid but also as a very portable foot rest when away on holiday. I reckon, being a lady of a certain age, that even when I have full mobility I’ll be using this stool as a seat to help me do jobs like clean out low cupboards etc. Definitely worth the money I spent on it and I’d recommend it to anyone needing a good bathing aid.

So little cost, so clear to comprehend, Why is this mercy hard to extend?
A seat that spins, a promise softly said, To lift from the chains that bind, the dread. But from a weary voice, a truth takes flight, When mobility's cruel grip dims my light, That turning grace becomes a foe instead, A torment for the strength that has been bled No freedom found in twisting, swaying woe, But anguished whispers as the daylight's glow. i bore the weight of limits, day by day, And now that spin, it slips so far away. This feature meant for ease, a friend once known, Transforming to a stone, each moment grown. A steadfast stool, a quiet, simple throne, Would tell the truth of despair in monotone. Let the world regard this fragile, urgent plea, A humble way to end that restless spree. So little cost, so clear to comprehend, Why is this mercy hard to extend? It eases many, a pain I too deplore, This obvious need, forsaken evermore. The VASAGLE rack, it stands so fair, Yet even resting, i dare not be there An anti-tip, a feeble, thin defence, A body's truth demands a fierce pretence. I reach for respite, to stand without plight, This should not be the shade of fleeting light. Cancer’s shadow creeps, a tale torn asunder, Physical anguish, and heart lost in thunder. My boy strides along with autism's silent call, Together we navigate paths, yet feeling so small. We traded that stool, for walls to make them clean, Mould's dark embrace, a disheartening scene It adjusts, assembles, light, and cleansed with ease, A VAT solace for the poor, the ailing pleas. But souls who struggle, with needs that run deep, Deserve a haven where love truly keeps. An elevated version, my heart's true quest, Yet after the bath lift's return to rest, I search their endless aisles, with hope grown thin, Why is my anchor found so far within A grief to feel unseen, by this harsh decree, In a market blind to humanity.
