Q: Is this low heavy metal verified ?

All three ingredients are pharmaceutical grade. This Lugol's solution is the highest purity.

It is from mined ore, made from crystals and does not contain any additives or preservatives.

Q: Is this similar to sski? or is stronger?

SSKI is better, but harder to get your hands on. You can take far larger Iodide doses than Iodine, when taking Iodine along with SSKI you are better of going for pure Iodine. The more Pure versions of Iodine are mainly Nascent Iodine, there's stronger solutions available by people who can make it at home. SSKI is around 50mg Saturated Solution Potasium Iodide. It can increase the healing of wounds and curing of certain diseases or issues at a more rapid rate, it do however require knowledge too handle correctly. The easiest things is to just purchase a few more bottles and take larger amounts, the amounts taken can be found at Curezone and it will explain what that is necessary against what. Larger amounts are mainly taken to cure fungai related issues which most people experience without knowing it, killing fungus releases 79 toxins per fungai bacteria and that creates issues if you don't know how to supplement correctly.
