Great, robust 'phone for the money
Second time I have bought this for my husband - he has just lost the first one! He is very heavy handed with 'phones and this one lasted 2 years without damage (unheard of in this house!) - fabulous value.

Problem when phone is faulty
This product was faulty ( the speaker inside was broken , which caused a voice echo when anyone spoke ) and the procedure to send it back was not straight forward . They do not offer to fix it or replace it , in fact they told me to contact a company that sells brand new CAT phones when I first enquired , who informed me they don’t fix second hand phones . Overall very disappointed

I look for without camera . I didn’t see anything in profile of this phone, so I order mistakenly.not worth to buy.

BRilliant value for money
Has everything you'd need from a non- smartphone. Easy menu, clear screen display, nice audible sound, texting in various languages with predictive text. And dual sim. Quick delivery too.
