Product itself was great -- good grip, very sturdy, got the job done, and arrived promptly. I'd recommend the wrench! However, the one I received had clearly already been worked out of the packaging, used (the metal and the packaging are scuffed!), re-packaged, and returned... Pretty disappointing.

I bought this based on the reviews, I wanted a good quality adjustable spanner for plumbing and diy. Very disappointed to find that the movable jaw is extremely loose in all directions. At approximately 2cm open, the moving jaw has around 4mm of play in all directions and the wider it opens, the looser it gets and has around 6-7mm of play at the widest end. This will slip off nuts and round them when you need it not to. There are razor sharp, unfinished edges in multiple places from the jaws to the screw hole for the adjustment wheel, all razor sharp and will cut you easily. All could be fixed in a few minutes with a file, they should not be coming from the factory like this. The handle is ok, but the rest of it is junk.

I think there are much better products out there than this one. The Jaws are completely smooth without any teeth! This might be okay for some jobs, but I needed something that would grip at the same time. Went bact to my 30 year old Stanley instead...

This had a part that was really sharp thay was not visible. I cut myself twice just by touching it. I was not going to leave a review as I assumed this would be unfair for a one time thing, but then I saw that this is common. You should stop selling this

Keeps coming loose, even when I tighten it properly. Very frustrating to use. I do not recommend this item.

Poor quality for a brand with good reputation, loads of play in the adjustable jaw inspires no confidence

Used for 2 jobs only and the jaw head has become loose already . And the letterings has started to peel away .

J'avais besoin d'une clé à molette polyvalente pour la plomberie et quelques travaux de mécanique à la maison. La MaxSteel 200 mm coche toutes les cases. Le corps en acier forgé chrome vanadium avec traitement thermique, c'est du solide, rien à voir avec les clés bas de gamme qui se déforment à la première contrainte sérieuse. La molette de réglage crantée permet un ajustement précis sans jeu intempestif, la tête étroite passe dans des espaces où d'autres clés ne passent pas, et la poignée bimatière est vraiment agréable en main même après plusieurs heures de travail. Le format 200 mm est le bon compromis : assez grand pour avoir du couple, assez compact pour rester maniable. Les graduations sur la mâchoire pour mesurer directement la taille de l'écrou sont un détail très pratique.
