these wrenches work well. we have the standard and the metric sets, and they get a good bit of use. It's amazing that American made tools can be sold so reasonably. What's not to like? :)

Gorilla Bondhus costs a little more, but it can handle a LOT more torque than cheaper brands. I've had one in my tool box for about a decade and it has never let me down. I broke a cheaper model a few weeks ago--both the plastic frame AND one of the larger allen wrenches broke at the same time, which caused a lot of swearing. I looked for the Gorilla brand to put in my truck.

Anyone who regularly used kex/Allen keys will sooner or later find out the you should not but low quality ones, for tight fit is needed, and rounding either the bolt or the end of the key means trouble. I have used the Bondhus long metric Allen keys a lot (so much so the holes in the holder are too big now), and these pocket set of 7 Hex Fold-up Keys, sizes 2-8mm (which is pretty much just what you normally need for bike work) are a nice supplement for $6. Only drawback (thus 4 stars) is that the keys do get loose, and you need a 4mm key to tighten them, meaning you need another set of keys or a loose one. These should use a standard Phillips head bolt instead (keep a stubby Phillips in your pocket). Thank God for good tools and good buys.

Worked well. I don't understand question of storage capacity.

I hate those L-shaped tools. Tightening screws securely ends up hurting my fingers. This sturdy device solves that problem completely.

Very good quality. Made in the USA for a change! I use on bike repairs; rare to find an 8mm on the compact hex sets.

Very good for the price. Lightweight but not amazing quality. I carry it in my pack on mountain bike rides and has worked fine.

I bought this tool so that I may repair my bike on the fly. So far it has helped me in adjusting my front brake disc; I realized it was pre-assembled too tightly when the front wheel didn't have any free spin.

I volunteer at a bike workshop where they've used this model of tool for 5 or more years, daily intensively.. i observed a rough one, noted its model number and searched it online to buy another one, knowing it will stand years of abuse like a breeze, again (being the same type). Habe mir einen Klapphalter von INBUS und einen GorillaGrip von Bondhus bestellt (eins in mm, das andere in Zoll) und finde obwohl der Inbus das doppelte gekostet hat den GorillaGrip besser. Der Inbus hat 2 nette Features (die man nicht unbedingt braucht) die der GorillaGrip nicht hat: ein gummierter Griff und einen Schalter der die Schlüssel etwas rausdrückt zum leichteren Auswählen. Beim GorillaGrip klappt die Auswahl einzelner Schlüssel auch sehr gut ohne diesen Schalter. Allerdings der Hauptgrund warum ich mir jetzt auch den GorillaGrip in Zoll holen werde und den INBUS zurückschicke, ist dass der GorillaGrip mir trotz niedrigerem Preis besser verarbeitet erscheint. Er ist kleiner wie der Inbus, somit besser für die Hosentasche geeignet. Und die Schlüssel an sich erscheinen mir hochwertiger. Beim Inbus fallen auch leicht andere Schlüssel mit raus wenn man die Turn&Flip Methode benutzt. Egal wie fest man die Schraube zieht, die die Inbus-Schlüssel in platz hält, sobald man einen Schlüssel weiter wie 90° rausholt, versuchen die anderen zu folgen. Beim GorillaGrip passiert das nicht, man kann Turn&Flip so oft machen wie man will, die anderen Schlüssel bleiben im Griff.
